The Karoli Water Park – aqua fitness and aqua running

Movement, water and music: Aqua Fitness is not just pure fun, it’s also highly effective and suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. The natural resistance of water and water’s buoyancy are easy on your joints.

Aqua fitness workout covers all fitness goals: it trains power and endurance, reduces body fat, increases suppleness, improves your condition as well as coordination and ensures attractive and taut muscles.

The aqua fitness courses are run by Ernst Schopf, a specialized Aqua-Fit coach.

Participation is free of charge. You dont have to register.

In addition, we offer aqua running courses on Thursdays. Aqua Running is perfect for cardio-vascular training. It improves power, endurance and condition and is particularly suitable for a beginner training program following accidents or injuries. Water’s buoyancy creates a feeling of weightlessness and floating. During the whole training session, there are no impacts on the musculoskeletal system, which also means that you won’t get sore muscles when practising aqua running. Aqua running is – just like aqua fitness – suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Aqua Fitness at the Karoli Indoor Pool:
Monday: 6.30 p.m. – 7.15 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Thursday: 7.30 p.m. – 8.15 p.m.
Aqua Running:
Thursday: 7 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.
